Elizabeth Seman is a vital member of the Brightest Employment Services team as our Pre-Placement Trainer. “Liz” sets the stage for success for many of our clients with foundational interactions, building skill and confidence into each individual.

Her substantial teaching experience with persons of various levels of ability contributes to her passion as a trainer.  Her ability to express genuine interest is communicated with quality in her remote environment.  Liz knows the value of “listening” and has a natural understanding of a client’s concerns and comfortably assures them progress can take place.  Her love of reading influences her drive to research helpful resources that address specific areas of growth and readiness.  She works closely with the employment specialist, providing a support team that equips clients to move forward in their employment goals.

Liz places a high value on family, moving from New York to Florida five years ago to be close to family members.  She earned her Master of Science: Education at Touro College in New York, NY.
