Cristina Marty believes in the following state of mind: “No man is a failure who has friends.” —It’s a Wonderful Life. She believes that having a good team foundation behind you can help anyone go a long way as it truly takes a village of support in life.

Cristina’s background of 10 years of office experience consists of working with clients and business owners contributing to her skills of being able to relate to people of all cultures and walks of life, which she feels is not only important for business growth but for building genuine relationships; in which her relatability skills also stem from her growing up in a multicultural background.

Cristina has experience with being involved with the developmentally challenged population due to having family members with special needs which contribute to Cristina’s caregiving and empathetic understanding nature to serve the vulnerable.

Cristina is a passionate supporter of community based programs and activities that serve those with special needs that include: the ARC, Special Olympics, M.A.S.H and F.R.I.E.N.D.S that her family are active participants in.

Cristina is a proud mother, and avid Marvel fan! She brings her cheerful and high-spirited nature to Brightest Employment Services along with her willingness to help those in need that allows her to apply the following statement of: “When you help someone, You help everyone.” (Aunt May Parker – Spiderman)

She finds this philosophy very rewarding as she is committed to being able to successfully assist those in beginning new chapters in their lives regardless of their circumstances because, “no one is perfect and everyone deserves a second chance” which can be possible by simply having faith the size of a mustard seed!
